There will be plenty of rockin’ and ringin’ in the New Year as the ABC Television Network brings tween/teen viewers some of America’s hottest young talent in the 38th annual broadcast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010, Thursday, December 31, 2009 beginning at 10:00 p.m. ET / 9:00 p.m. central.

The evening special presents Jennifer Lopez and Daughtry performing live from Times Square just before the ball drops, while a Las Vegas contingent of celebrities that includes the Black Eyed Peas, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Keri Hilson, Orianthi, Colbie Caillat and Robin Thicke perform from the Aria at City Center in Las Vegas.

Melissa Rycroft, Good Morning America special correspondent also joins the celebration reporting live on festivities taking place in and around the Times Square area, while Fergie, singer/songwriter of the Black Eyed Peas does hostess duties for the Las Vegas entertainment extravaganza.

The three plus hours of broadcasting includes performances from both New York and Las Vegas as well as reports about celebrations occurring around the world, along with the traditional Dick Clark Times Square count down to midnight in New York - an evening of programming that's not to be missed.
